Building Safety Act Consultants work with building owners.
Compliance with the Building Safety Act is designed to be relatively straightforward. The complexities arise when the individual characteristics of a building become known and building owners need to decide on the best course of action to achieve as best as possible a safer building.
At Building safety Act Consultants we use a software program that is designed around the requirements of the Building Safety Act – and we work with building owners to apply those requirements to their particular building.
If as an when there is a need for a specialist survey or inspection, Building Safety Act Consultants can introduce appropriately qualified specialists to the building owners and arrange for that survey or inspection to be carried out.
As part of their instructions, surveyors are required to provide recommendations and advice in their report conclusions. This needs to be written in a way that building owners, who are not experienced property professionals but are willing directors and building owners often as RMC’s or RTM’s, can read and understand.
We, Building Safety Act Consultants work with you to add this information to the software and together we progress our way through the stages needed for compliance with the Act.
